Uruguays World Cup is likely going to start without Luis Suarez. According to a BBC report, Uruguay manager Oscar Tabarez has named his starting 11 for Uruguays opening match against Costa Rica and the Liverpool strikers name is not on it. Suarez has resumed full training following a May 21 knee surgery but the reigning fourth-place finishers are expected to start a tandem of Diego Forlan and Edinson Cavani up front. "We still have one day to go. We dont want to jump the gun," Tabarez told BBC.com. "We have prepared not to have him, but it would be wonderful to have him. We have to be very careful." Uruguays final line-up will not be submitted until Saturday, but even if Suarez is not on it, he would still be eligible to substitute in from the bench.
